The complete program is listed below for your easy reference. Ven. Dr. Dhammika has designed this program in collaboration with the Spiritual and Meditation sub-committee in such a way that all age groups of our members and well wishers have something to gain from this valuable spiritual program. The program will be conducted in both English & Sinhala. We want to encourage beginners to participate and take advantage of this well design valuable spiritual program as Ven. Dr. Dhammika will be giving  special focus and instructions to those who are participating first time.
