If you wish to reserve a dana for a date that is marked as available on the following calendar, please complete this form.If you plan to change or cancel a dana that is already booked under your name, please advise by emailing the Dana coordinator to invitations@bvs.org email address. PLEASE NOTE:

All dana sponsors are kindly reminded to confirm your dana arrangement two days (2) prior to the dana date by calling the temple at 604.888.1162.
If your dana falls on an Ata Sil Program day, please bring dana for devotees who observe Ata Sil too. Please contact temple at 604.888.1162 for details
We kindly request that dana be brought in disposable containers (non-styrofoam) when possible.
