Dana request Instructions

Check the availability of the requested Dana date by reviewing the BVS Dana calendar to avoid conflicts with existing sponsors.

Submit the request by completing the form.
You will receive a confirmation and a Google Calendar invitation once the booking is successfully made.

Please note: Dana requests are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Even if the calendar shows availability, there may be multiple requests for the same date. In such cases, the date will be confirmed for the first requester. Additionally, each member is limited to five(5) Dana reservations per year to ensure fair access for everyone in the community.
