Please use the form below to register your child(ren) at BVS Dhamma School. Additionaly, It is advised that you obtain the BVS Membership (if you are not already a member) when registering your child(ren).
You can find the link below to submit the BVS registration form. Kindly note that the BVS Registration Form must be submitted even if you are an existing member of the BVS.
BVS is a volunteer run organization which depends on generous donations. Operating expenses are high and we encourage a minimum donation of $30 per month per family to cover the costs, which is also stated in the BVS constitution.
Volunteering
If you selected that you are unable to pay, in-lieu of monthly pledge, you will be required to sign-up for a minimum 24 hours of mandatory volunteering for a calender year at different activities at BVS. Please inform that in writing to Secretary of BVS by emailing to bvs_bc@yahoo.ca with detailed reason.

Important Reminders
1. Please ensure that your child wears a white top and white, blue or gray pants
2. For class materials, please bring a binder to keep the students notes together and a notebook for notes along with writing materials. For the lower grades, please bring colouring materials
Declaration and Consent:
By submitting this registration form, I, parent/guardian, acknowledge that I am responsible for the safety and well-being of my child within the Dhamma School premises and during dhamma school time. I understand that the Dhamma School will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of its students but recognize that accidents or incidents may occur despite the school's best effort.
I agree to inform the school of any health or medical conditions that may affect my child's safety or require attention.
I agree to participate in school activities to make Dhamma School a better place for our children. I understand that volunteering may include activities such as providing snacks for children, assisting dhamma school events, cleaning the temple premises and fund raising events.
I also agree to receive communication regarding school via email or phone. This may include newsletters, announcements, and other important information about school events and activities.
Photo Release Consent *
I give my consent to use images of my child(ren) on print or online publications of the Dhamma School activities and its sponsoring programs
I acknowledge and give my consent to the following; -BVS will use my personal information provided, solely for the purpose for which it was collected. -BVS will not disclose my personal information to any third party without my consent, unless required by law. -BVS will take reasonable measures to protect my personal information. -I acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. -Therefore, I accept that BVS cannot guarantee the absolute security of my personal information and hence I acknowledge and agree that BVS shall not be liable for any damages or losses of any kind arising from the collection, use, or disclosure of my personal information.
