The Kathina pūjā with the offering of the Kathina Cheevara (robe) will be held on Sunday, the 1st November 2026
PLEASE NOTE:
Sponsor Responsibilities: Cleaning Mal Asanaya, Organizing new flowers & lamps for the offering, Preparation of Pirith Pan for distribution to participants at the end, Pirikara for the Venerable monks, clean 3 washrooms in the main shrine hall after use, dispose garbage and refuse collected in the main Shrine hall and in the Kitchen after using, and general tidiness of the Shrine hall and Kitchen at the end of the each event
Sponsors of each pinkama are welcomed to offer a light snack/meal to the participants after the pinkama at your discretion.
